Booking with us is simple and hassle-free (as it should be). To get started, contact us with your date, package selection (wedding/special event), and we’ll take care of the rest as long as the date is still available on our end.
We’re always willing to go the distance to celebrate YOU in a special way! However, please keep in mind that for any travel outside of a 75-mile round trip (from Perry, GA), there is a fee of $.95 per additional mile.
We require a 50% deposit of your total amount required up front to hold the date.
We ask for three weeks minimum but always recommend you book as soon as possible to ensure your date is still available.
Please note that your final payment is due one week prior to your event.
We are available to serve you and your guests any day of the week as long as the requested date and time isn’t already booked.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash, and checks. If you’re planning on sending a check, please let us know ahead of time at info@littlelightcoffeeco.com so we can pass along address details.
You know it! As long as it doesn’t rain and we’re on a flat surface, you can count on us to brew on cue. If your event is 100% outdoors with no outlets around, or you’re planning a large party that requires more power, we’ll be happy to provide a generator upon request for an additional fee.
Whether we’re catering your outdoor or indoor event, our mobile espresso bar and 5’x8’ trailer always comes with us. That means we bring our espresso machine, grinder, water source, several bins, and two coolers for iced drinks and milk options to every event.
We also provide a complimentary 10x10 tent upon request for outdoor events and a generator for an additional fee.
Glad you asked! We require a dedicated 20-amp circuit outlet within 25-50 feet of the service area and 8-10 feet of space for all our equipment. We need access to the serving area at least 90 minutes prior to the serving time and about 75 minutes for cleanup. We can also provide a generator outdoors upon request for an additional fee. Lastly, we’ll need information about parking our 5’x8’ trailer at your venue (parking fees not included) that we use to transport our mobile espresso bar.
If we can brew it, we can serve it. Typical drink customizations include drip coffees, cold brews, and seasonal drinks (pumpkin spice latte, anyone?) Just let us know what you’re thinking, and we’ll craft a menu that’s just right for you.
We don’t have a license to sell beer, wine, or liquor. But we’re more than happy to work with your bartender(s) to coordinate how guests can craft their favorite coffee-inspired drinks.
Your deposit will be 100% refundable if you cancel within 14 days before your event and 50% refundable if you cancel within seven days before the scheduled date. Unfortunately, we’ll charge 100% of your service if you cancel less than 72 hours before your event.
